Position Overview:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides outstanding customer support in both English and Spanish. They will assist customers with orders via phone, email, and in person. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will monitor and track orders and offer administrative support to the Sales team.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Interact with customers by phone, email, and in person to assist with orders.
- Monitor and track customer orders for accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Communicate order status updates to customers and the Sales team.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers and common office software.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Familiarity with order tracking systems.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
