Responsibilities of the Credit Union Member Services Rep / Bank Teller:
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, account openings/closings, service requests, and issue resolution.
- Promote products and services that meet member needs.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations; safeguard member information.
- Provide backup support for teller functions, including balancing cash drawers and processing payments.
- Maintain organized records, support office operations, and participate in team meetings and training.
- Represent the credit union at selected community events.
- Occasional travel (approx. 10%).
