Bilingual Community Admin - The Backbone of the Team
Lone Star Communities
Irving, TX
Every great community has a strong core keeping everything running smoothly.
At LSCRE, our teams thrive when they can focus on resident interactions - but none of that works without someone ensuring the details are handled flawlessly.
That’s where you come in.
As a Community Administrator, you are the organized, detail-focused professional who keeps the office, records, and processes running efficiently so the rest of the team can focus on residents. You enjoy the grind at your station: organizing information, and moving quickly through tasks that require accuracy and structure. This role is perfect for someone who loves systems, details, and productivity.
What You’ll Do: You’ll support the Community Manager and Community Relations Rep by owning the administrative engine of the office. Your work will include:
Organizing leasing paperwork, renewals, compliance documents, and office files
Preparing lease renewals and administrative documents
Tracking and documenting maintenance requests and resident communications
Supporting collections follow-ups and internal reporting
Assisting with move-in/move-out documentation and inspections
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front office
You’ll be the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Who Thrives in This Role: This role is ideal for someone who:
Loves organization, systems, and checklists
Enjoys working behind a computer handling details and data
Moves quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Takes pride in keeping things structured, organized, and efficient
Wants to play a critical role in helping the team succeed
