Chicago, IL (Hybrid – In Office Tues–Thurs | WFH Mon & Fri)
$55,000–$60,000 base + monthly individual & team bonus + UNCAPPED commission

Our client is hiring a driven Bilingual Collections Specialist to join their growing financial services team in Chicago. If you’re an experienced, phone-based collector who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants strong earning potential, this role is for you.

As a Bilingual Collections Specialist, you’ll manage a portfolio of ~100 third-party accounts, handle inbound/outbound collection calls, negotiate payments, perform skip tracing, and resolve customer issues. This role is highly phone-focused and ideal for a motivated Bilingual Collections Specialist who is organized, strategic, and comfortable managing their own pipeline.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)

• 2+ years of phone-based collections experience

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Experience with skip tracing & NSF accounts

• Call center experience is a plus

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with internal systems

• Positive, coachable, self-starter mentality
