Bilingual Cashier Supervisor

High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.  
- 2+ years of experience in cashier supervision, retail, or warehouse operations.  
- Bilingual fluency in English and [Spanish] required (spoken and written).  
- Strong leadership and communication skills.  
- Proven ability to manage staff, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic accounting, and Microsoft Office applications.  
- Knowledge of food distribution, wholesale, or warehouse environments is highly desirable.Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.  
- Requires standing, walking, lifting, and occasional manual handling of products or boxes (up to 40 lbs).  
- Flexible schedule—may include weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed.

Supervise, train, and schedule a team of warehouse cashiers.  
- Ensure all cash handling, check, credit, and digital payment transactions are processed accurately.  
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive experience.  
- Monitor front-end operations for efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and loss prevention procedures.  
- Assist in onboarding and developing cashier staff through coaching and performance evaluations.  
- Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile register balances with end-of-day transactions.  
- Communicate effectively in both English and [Spanish] with team members, drivers, and customers.  
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to coordinate order pickups, product returns, and special requests.  
- Support inventory management by tracking short sales, refunds, and product discrepancies.  
- Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and warehouse operational guidelines.
