Job Summary
The Bilingual Call Center Representative – Healthcare Payroll Specialist is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls while supporting payroll-related inquiries within a healthcare environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Call Handling
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Payroll Support
- Assist with payroll-related questions and issue resolution
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payroll
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of payroll information
Problem Solving & Support
- Identify customer issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in call center/customer service roles
- Bilingual proficiency (required)
- Prior experience with payroll processes
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
Education
