Job Summary

The Bilingual Call Center Representative – Healthcare Payroll Specialist is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls while supporting payroll-related inquiries within a healthcare environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Call Handling

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Payroll Support

  • Assist with payroll-related questions and issue resolution
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payroll
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of payroll information

Problem Solving & Support

  • Identify customer issues and determine appropriate solutions
  • Escalate complex concerns when necessary
  • Perform additional tasks and assignments as required

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center/customer service roles
  • Bilingual proficiency (required)
  • Prior experience with payroll processes

Required Skills

Education
