Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has partnered with an international health organization and together we are recruiting for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish). This role supports a global health department by performing a wide range of administrative, secretarial, and coordination tasks. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the capability to support multiple team members, including leadership, technical staff, and consultants. Work involves regular coordination with internal teams, regional offices, and external partner organizations.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, draft, edit, translate, and finalize documents, letters, and correspondence in both English and Spanish using standard office software.
  • Write memos and official correspondence in English and Spanish from verbal or written instructions; ensure accuracy, appropriate grammar, and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external technical meetings, conferences, workshops, and related activities, including agenda preparation, assembling background information, managing logistics, and preparing agreements, contracts, invitations, and travel documentation.
  • Support the preparation of technical presentations, reports, and articles by reviewing and improving clarity, coherence, and accuracy of written materials.
  • Perform general administrative support tasks: maintain calendars, schedule appointments, gather background materials, organize files, and compile data for reports and correspondence.
  • Use SharePoint or similar platforms to organize, store, and retrieve documents, reference materials, correspondence, and publications.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • High school diploma.
  • 3–4 years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $22.00 to $23.50
