Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence
• Ability to design systems with minimal direction or guidance
• Excellent analytical and logical skills
• Self-starter with thought leadership
• Ability to partner with both technology and business associates to implement solutions
• Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Data Warehousing, Dimensional Data Modeling
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Expert knowledge in Oracle/Exadata and Oracle SQL/PLSQL
• Experience in ETL processing concepts, handling large data volumes, and performance tuning

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to large financial organizations
• Proficiency in Hadoop
• Knowledge of Informatica and Teradata

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL solutions in a Data Warehouse environment
• Attend project meetings, understand requirements, design solutions, and develop code
• Collaborate with near shore and offshore teammates, and coordinate with support teams
• Work with Business Analysts to address real-time issues in production
• Propose technical solutions to business problems with the Information Architecture team
• Identify gaps in technology and propose viable solutions
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, quality standards, and best practices
• Identify improvement areas within the application and work with teams to implement them
