• In-depth knowledge of bicycle brands, specifically Specialized and Santa Cruz
• Strong passion for cycling and an understanding of bicycle technology and components
• Ability to work Saturdays and holidays, as needed.
• Deliver consultative, high-end sales support for bicycles, components, gear, and accessories
• Confidently explain bicycle technology, components, and fit to customers at all experience levels
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and product expertise
• Stay current on technical updates, specifications, and product releases from Specialized and Santa Cruz
