Spark Wireless – T-Mobile Premium Retailer owns and operates over 35 stores in GA, FL, TN and AL. We are looking for Full time, Part time and Bilingual top talent to join our team. You will be compensated with both base pay and commission.
PART-TIME RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the face of Spark Wireless and T-Mobile to the customer. You will deliver a strong genuine customer experience that allows customers to recommend T-Mobile to friends and family.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators
- Ask qualifying questions to find solutions and right fit the customer
- Develop positive customer relationships
- Ensure all customer needs are met or exceeded before customer leaves the store
- Maintain a neat, clean organized store environment at all times
- Stay current on all trainings and become product experts
- Complete operational tasks as needed
- Successful customer service or sales experience
- Excellent communication, including written and verbal skills
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Basic Computer Skills
