Position Details:

• Full time, contract
• M-F schedule days
• Manages unemployment claims related matters for clients
• Performs research necessary to complete documentation accurately
• Educates clients regarding unemployment process
• Tracks status of claim to ensure timely processing in accordance with regulations
• Participates in activities to expand knowledge and product offerings
• Maintains a high level of customer service and client retention
