Your responsibilities will include delivering professional online presentations, completing digital documentation with accuracy, adhering to compliance standards, and engaging in ongoing skills and leadership development. Basic computer proficiency is essential to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Arrange and conduct virtual consultations with qualified applicants
Clearly present available options through Zoom in a professional and engaging manner
Accurately process and submit digital applications
Monitor and report daily productivity and performance metrics
Attend optional coaching and professional development sessions
Complete follow-ups and maintain required documentation for approvals

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
