What You’ll Do
Communicate with clients via phone, video, and email in a professional and respectful manner
Review available coverage options and explain them in a clear, easy-to-understand way
Answer questions and help clients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process
Accurately enter client information and complete required digital documentation
Work closely with a remote team to ensure consistent, timely client support
