Overview
Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced Bench Scientist III. Ideal candidates should have aBA/BS with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years of relevant experience in biochemistry, biophysics, or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Perform physicochemical, thermal, and colloidal stability assessments of biotherapeutic candidates using established assays
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to support the selection of lead biotherapeutic molecules
• Contribute to process improvement activities to increase efficiency and throughput within the group
• Document experimental procedures, results, and analyses accurately in electronic notebooks

Requirements

• BA/BS with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years of relevant experience in biochemistry, biophysics, or related discipline (no PhDs)
• Good understanding of protein biochemistry and stability
• Familiarity with protein characterization methods and analytical biochemistry techniques such as aSEC, DSC, CGE, cIEF, and DLS
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Prior experience in therapeutic protein discovery and biochemistry research (preferred)
• Knowledgeable with automation (preferred)
