Behavioral Health Counselor

Our outpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment facility is growing-and we're looking for a compassionate, dedicated Behavioral Health Counselor to join our care team.

What You'll Do:

Provide individual and group counseling for clients navigating substance use disorders and/or mental health challenges,

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and monitor personalized treatment plans

Offer evidence-based interventions that empower clients on their path to recovery

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

What You Bring:

️ Bachelor's in Social Work, LSW and relevant counseling experience (Licensure preferred: LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCDC, or LICDC)

️ Experience in SUD, co-occurring disorders, or behavioral health counseling

️ A strong belief in second chances and a trauma-informed, client-centered approach

️A compliance focused approach utilizing ethical and professional rules of conduct.

️ Ability to connect, listen deeply, and foster hope
