This position involves leading the creation and execution of tailored Behavior Support Plans for clients exhibiting challenging behaviors. You will play a key role in mentoring staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to implement these plans effectively. Our goal is to foster client growth through respectful and dignified behavioral strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, crafting function-based intervention plans, and collaborating in interdisciplinary meetings. You’ll be instrumental in staff training, crisis intervention, adherence to state and company behavioral guidelines, and optimizing program implementation through effective communication. You’ll also prepare data for psychiatric reviews and adapt behavior plans to meet evolving needs, ensuring documentation and client records remain current. Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and supporting client admissions are essential duties, alongside other tasks as needed.
