Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $23.50–$25.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road (Hybrid – remote documentation + in-person client support)
- Paid mileage for travel between group homes
- CEU reimbursement up to $500 annually
- Hybrid work environment (remote documentation + in-person client visits)
- Travel required approximately 70% of the time (may vary based on client needs)
- Areas served include Ocean, Mercer, Burlington, Salem NJ, and surrounding counties visiting up to 11 Group Homes in the required areas.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Provide direct 1:1 therapeutic services to adults with developmental and co-occurring mental health disabilities.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data daily.
- Assist the BCBA with assessments, consultations, and program material development.
- Implement teaching strategies and behavior modification techniques as outlined in treatment plans.
- Support skill acquisition, maintenance, and mastery programs.
- Complete required billing and clinical documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and supervision.
- Collaborate with clinical team members to maintain a positive and effective therapeutic environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- High School Diploma and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB)
OR - Direct Support Professional (DSP) with NADD DSP Certification
OR - Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field plus one year of behavioral support experience
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, autism, and/or special needs.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, ethics, and HIPAA compliance.
- Adherence to BACB Ethical Guidelines.
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain recertification).
- Ability to build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability.
