As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning.

Compensation:

$40,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with families and team members.
  • Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space.
  • Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Qualifications:
  • Dependable, compassionate, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.
  • Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required.
  • Passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
