Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is weekend Friday & Saturday nights.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

- Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and notifying management of any needs.

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

- Handle cash/credit card transactions and opening/closing procedures accurately.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a bartender.

- Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work weekends and additional weekdays as needed.

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

- Must be 21 years of age or older.

Schedule:

-Typical schedule will be Friday and Saturday 3:30 pm - 12:30 am (later if needed)
