What You'll Do

• Craft high-quality cocktails with precision and consistency during peak service periods
• Manage fast-paced bar operations while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Develop and suggest creative drink specials that showcase our tequila selection
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
• Build genuine connections with guests and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Proven bartending experience with strong cocktail knowledge
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality during high-volume shifts
• Availability from late May through late August (minimum commitment)
• Flexibility and a positive attitude in a collaborative team environment
• Preference given to candidates who can secure their own housing; limited accommodations available
