The Bungalow is a one-of-a-kind beachfront hangout with laid-back vibes, craft cocktails, and an unforgettable atmosphere. We’re looking for experienced, high-energy bartenders who can deliver top-notch service while keeping the good times flowing.
About the Role:
As a bartender at The Bungalow, you’ll be behind the bar crafting cocktails, interacting with guests, and keeping service smooth during high-volume shifts. You’ll bring a strong knowledge of mixology, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to stay calm and cool under pressure.
What You'll Do:
Create and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with speed and accuracy
Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and personality
Maintain a clean and organized bar throughout the shift
Follow all responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Work closely with barbacks, security, and floor staff to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5+ years of high-volume bartending experience
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
