Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beers with precision and consistency.
- Collaborate in the development of innovative cocktail menus that reflect seasonality, creativity, and brand identity.
- Deliver attentive, polished, and personalized service to guests at the bar and in the dining room.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar, equipment, and glassware.
- Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Monitor bar inventory, manage stock rotation, and assist in ordering supplies.
- Cultivate strong guest relationships by offering thoughtful recommendations and engaging in professional, hospitable interactions.
- Work seamlessly with colleagues across departments to ensure an elevated guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of bartending experience in a fine dining, upscale bar, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and craft techniques.
- Strong mixology skills with a passion for innovation, presentation, and balance.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, refined setting while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent) preferred.
