What You’ll Do:
As a Beans & Brew Team Member, you’ll be key to creating a positive experience for every guest while supporting food prep, cleanliness, and overall restaurant operations. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a smile and providing professional, helpful service
- Preparing menu items using grill, microwave, fryer, or oven
- Handling shipments and stocking products
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, dining area, and menu boards
- Following safety, sanitation, and security policies
- Completing checklists and procedures for cash handling, inventory, and scheduling
- Seeking coaching and guidance to improve skills and understanding of restaurant operations
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and meet organizational needs
