Beverage Preparation
- Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.
Food Handling
- Prepare and serve light food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and snacks.
Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Cash Handling & POS
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, card, and mobile payments responsibly.
Maintain correct cash drawer balances.
Cleanliness & Organization
- Keep the café, counters, equipment, and dining areas clean and organized.
Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and waste disposal.
Follow health and safety regulations.
Inventory & Stocking
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and supplies.
Restock items and notify management of low stock or equipment issues.
Teamwork & Efficiency
Work collaboratively with other team members during busy periods.
Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours without compromising quality.
