WHAT YOUR DAY AS A BAR MANAGER LOOKS LIKE

As Bar Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the bar each day. You will oversee beverage quality and presentation, develop and introduce new menu items, and work closely with the kitchen to provide cohesive guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with regular guests and local suppliers, maintaining inventory, and managing compliance with all regulations. You will also play a key role in hiring, training, and mentoring bartenders and bar staff, conducting ongoing training on cocktails and service standards. Throughout your day, you will ensure the bar remains clean, organized, and well-stocked, while addressing challenges with professionalism and composure.

YOU'LL WORK THESE HOURS AS OUR BAR MANAGER

This role requires flexibility, with shifts scheduled during our business hours of 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM. You will work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of our busy restaurant.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 18 years old
• 5+ years of bartending experience
• Restaurant experience (management experience preferred)
• Successful completion of the Revival training program
• Ability to complete RAMP Server/Seller training and any other required certifications after hire
• Certification in alcohol service and knowledge of local liquor laws
• Strong knowledge of mixology, craft cocktails, and beverage trends
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, stressful environment and when dealing with difficult customers
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry beer kegs, boxes of liquor, and CO2 canisters
