**Job Description:** As a Bar Back/Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bar & Dining room. You will assist bartenders & Servers by maintaining clean and organized workspaces, restocking supplies, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn more about the hospitality industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist bartenders & servers by bussing tables, Re-setting tables, restocking glassware, garnishes, and alcohol supplies. - Maintain cleanliness of Dining room & bar area, including wiping down counters, Tables and organizing utensils. - Collect and wash used glassware and utensils. - Ensure ice bins are filled and supplies are readily available. - Communicate effectively with bar and waitstaff to ensure smooth service. - Help in managing customer orders and serving drinks as needed. - Comply with all health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for guests and staff.

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
