With banquets, shift availability varies by week. Although we’re hiring part-time, some weeks are packed with opportunities for shifts! 

Flexible scheduling

• We are primarily hiring for morning shifts, with start times as early as 6:00 AM.
• We’re also filling mid-morning (around 9:00 AM) and evening shifts (around 4:00 PM)

Our operations are based out of the Best Western Kelly Inn in St. Cloud.

Banquet Server Responsibilities:

• Arrive clean with proper attire
• Assist in event preparation, set up and tear down of event area and necessary banquet materials
• Serve guests and fulfil needs/requests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain and clean all prep/storage areas, and banquet materials
• Follow food safety rules

 Banquet Server Job Requirements and Required License or Certification:

• Must be 16 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to bend, lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to eight hours
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to all guests and other staff
