Our client, a professional organization located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Banquet Manager!

About the Job:

  • Monitor personnel performance, ensure standard of service, and coordinate facility maintenance.
  • Ensure guests needs are met, respond to feedback, and review comments with staff to improve service.
  • Provide daily staff guidance, promote performance, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and ensure operations remain current.
  • Ensure effective growth and quality service are maintained through additional responsibilities.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of banquet management, hospitality, or restaurant industry experience are required.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.
  • MS Office and Adobe Suite knowledge.

About the Position:

  • $26/hr-$29/hr while temporary
  • $60K-$65K when permanent
  • Hours are 8:00am-6:00pm.
  • 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
  • Metro accessible!
