Banquet Bartender

Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Banquet Bartender. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable event experience. This is a great opportunity to be part of team with commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.

Essential Functions:

• Empowered to solve member complaints as soon as they occur proceeded by advising supervisor of
any complaints
• Keeps tables, dining room and server stations clean and tidy
• Serves beverages, proper wine pours, liquor and beer service
• Work in a team environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of bartending service experience
• Bartender certification and/or TIPS certification
• Ability to foresee customer needs and provide excellent customer service
