confirmation and tracking of transactions, investments, and

information under the direct supervision of this office.
General direction performs work of considerable difficulty in the
Treasurers Office managing the banking division, responsible for
overseeing and directing the operations of the banking division,
ensuring compliance with A.R.S statutes and treasury regulations and
providing backup to the other department managers, performing related
work as assigned.
Typical Duties

Oversees banking division, including the banking contract
Daily reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
Coordinates banking functions and responsibilities for the department on
behalf of county departments and taxing districts.
Monitors compliance with contractual requirements, regulations, and
standards
Works closely with the Treasurer to provide investment portfolio
support
Assists in the preparation and administration of the budget
Supervise and evaluate staff
Serve as a team leader or project manager
Essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:
sitting; standing; walking; working with and around others; working
alone on projects; interruptions; repetitive motion using a keyboard;
vision acuity (near/far) to use keyboard and monitor; color vision to
work with color computer monitors; hearing and speech for ordinary
conversation; finger dexterity to use keyboard.
