Bank Teller (Direct Hire)

We are hiring on behalf of a well-established, locally owned community financial institution is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Teller to join its team!

Position: Teller (Direct Hire)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and money orders
• Maintain and balance a personal cash drawer with a high level of accuracy
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers
• Pay close attention to detail while processing financial transactions
• Identify opportunities to promote appropriate bank products and services
• Demonstrate strong math and cash-handling skills

Qualifications

• Prior banking or teller experience preferred; cash-handling experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid basic math abilities and attention to detail

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm - Rotating Saturday hours (9:00am-12:00pm)
• On-site position (no remote option)
• Direct-hire opportunity
