Baker

Save More Marketplace is seeking a skilled Baker to join our dedicated team. As a Baker, you will play a key role in producing a variety of high-quality baked goods that delight our customers. You will work with a range of ingredients to create breads, pastries, and other bakery items that meet our standards for taste and presentation. Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide assortment of bakery products including breads, cakes, and pastries according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency and freshness in all baked goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized baking area in compliance with all food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients and communicate needs for restocking.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production goals and customer demands.
• Keep up-to-date with baking trends and techniques to continually enhance product offerings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; baking or culinary education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a bakery or commercial kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of baking processes, ingredients, and food safety standards.
• Ability to perform tasks efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
