Job Summary
We are seeking a Back Office / Inside Sales Assistant for a direct hire opportunity in Canton, MA. This role involves supporting sales and operational functions, maintaining communication with customers, and ensuring accurate documentation and data management. Key Responsibilities
- Inside Sales & Commercial Support:
- Prepare and manage sales quotations in coordination with sales and technical teams.
- Process and track customer purchase orders.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.
- Support invoicing follow-up and general sales administration.
- Back Office & Operations Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between U.S. sales and service teams, headquarters and manufacturing locations, and logistics partners.
- Manage commercial and operational documentation, including order files, contracts, and compliance or technical documentation.
- Maintain accurate data in internal systems (CRM: Zoho, ERP: SAP Business One).
- Administrative & Organizational Support:
- Support field sales and service teams with scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
- Prepare basic internal reports (sales tracking, backlog, forecasts, KPIs).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes as the U.S. organization grows.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Administration, or Commercial Back Office.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B environments strongly preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and standard office tools.
Languages
- English: Native or fully fluent (required).
- Spanish: A strong plus, particularly for Mexico-related market support.
