Description: Clinic Care Coordinator (case management) positions within the Surgery Outpatient Clinic to collaborate with nursing staff and providers for patient care.Requirement: Three (3) year Case Management Experience.Shift: Weekdays Monday through Fridays from 8a to 5p, with One (1) hour lunch, no weekends or holidays. Housing: Information can be found under the 'Facility Group Document section.New Employee Orientation: Scheduled every other Monday. If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, their start date will be pushed to the next scheduled Orientation date.
