Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

1. AWS Solution Architecture & Delivery (70%) (Billable Work)

• Lead AWS Data & AI projects across FS clients, ensuring delivery excellence.

• Architect and implement data lakes, real-time analytics, and AI/ML pipelines on AWS.

• Define data governance, security, and compliance best practices for FS firms.

• Optimize cost and performance for AWS data workloads, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

• Drive AWS AI/ML use cases, including predictive analytics, risk modeling, and fraud detection.

• Work hands-on with AWS services like Redshift, Lake Formation, Glue, Bedrock, SageMaker, DynamoDB, Kendra, OpenSearch, and Athena.

2. RFP Solutioning & Pre-Sales Support (20%)

• Lead AWS Data & AI solutioning for RFPs, proposals, and client pitches.

• Define high-level AWS architectures aligned with client needs in data modernization, AI, and analytics.

• Collaborate with AWS partner teams to ensure best-in-class solution designs.

• Work with internal leadership, sales, and delivery teams to shape winning AWS cloud solutions.

3. Thought Leadership & Capability Building (10%)

• Develop reusable AWS architectures for FS clients in data & AI.

• Contribute to internal accelerators and frameworks for AWS-based analytics solutions.

• Stay updated on AWS best practices, emerging AI/ML trends, and FinTech innovations.

• Mentor internal teams on AWS Data Engineering, AI/ML, and cloud-native architectures.


Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in AWS cloud architecture, specializing in Data & AI.

• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS Data & AI services (Redshift, Glue, Lake Formation, SageMaker, Bedrock, DynamoDB, Athena, OpenSearch, etc.).

• Proven ability to deliver AWS Data & AI projects while being 100% billable.

• Experience in Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance) is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in building scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and AI-powered analytics solutions.

• Strong knowledge of AWS cost optimization, security, and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, FINRA).

• Exposure to Gen AI / LLMs is a plus.

• Ability to support pre-sales and RFP solutioning, including defining AWS architectures."

Salary Information


Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $99712 to $168716/yearly.


This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.


Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
