Job Title: AV Technician – Executive Meeting Support
Location: East Hanover, NJ (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time / Contract
Summary:
Experienced AV Technician to support high-visibility executive (C-Suite) meetings. Responsible for end-to-end AV support for onsite, hybrid, virtual, and webcast events, ensuring seamless execution and premium user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full lifecycle AV support for executive meetings and events
- Manage and support webcasting/live broadcasts
- Troubleshoot AV systems, perform maintenance, and ensure room readiness
- Support collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex)
- Coordinate with internal teams/vendors and manage SLAs
- Maintain documentation, service tickets, and reporting
Requirements:
- Strong AV fundamentals (audio, video, lighting, troubleshooting)
- Experience supporting C-Suite / executive-level meetings
- Hands-on experience with Teams, Zoom, Webex
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Preferred:
- Experience with Cisco/Lenovo Teams Rooms & Webex hardware
- ServiceNow experience
- 3+ years supporting executive environments
- Experience with integrated AV systems and onsite event support
Additional:
- Up to 20% travel
- Flexibility for early/late hours as needed
