Qualifications
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Extensive knowledge of gasoline and/or diesel systems
ASE Master Certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Perform bending, kneeling, reaching, and working under vehicles
Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, electrical, drivability, HVAC, and safety systems
Accurately diagnose complex vehicle issues and determine proper repair procedures
Complete major repairs including engines, transmissions, driveline, suspension, and steering systems
Use diagnostic scanners, software, and service information systems effectively
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and shop quality standards
Road test vehicles before and after repairs to verify concerns are resolved
Document all diagnostic findings and repairs clearly and accurately
Assist and mentor B- and C-level technicians when needed
Communicate technical findings with service advisors and management
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair techniques

This role is for a skilled professional who can handle advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and provide technical leadership within the shop.
