Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $38-$42 per hour + up to $300/week bonus

Position Summary
Promotive is hiring an experienced A Level / Master Automotive Technician for a highly respected, family-owned shop in South Windsor, CT. This is a Monday-Friday role with strong hourly pay (no flat rate guessing games), weekly bonus potential, and a team that values skill, integrity, and actually enjoying where you work.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair complex issues across Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
Perform advanced diagnostics using modern scan tools and Hunter alignment systems
Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and clearly communicate findings
Stay current with ongoing paid training and certifications
Collaborate with a strong, team-first group of technicians and advisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Deliver high-quality repairs that meet or exceed OEM standards
Qualifications
10+ years of experience as an A-Level or Master Automotive Technician
Strong diagnostic ability — you test, confirm, and fix (no guesswork)
Experience working across multiple makes and models
High level of integrity and pride in your work
Interest in expanding into diesel and alternative fuel systems is a plus
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable in a laid-back, high-performance environment
Compensation & Benefits
