A-Level Automotive Diagnostic Technician

Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $40–$52/hour (Hybrid Pay Plan)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Diagnostic Technician who excels in heavy diagnostics and is motivated to grow into a leadership role within the shop. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics (heavy diag required)

• Work on all makes and models

• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)

• Assist in mentoring and training other technicians

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

• Maintain professionalism and shop standards

Qualifications

• A-Level Diagnostic Technician with strong diagnostic skills

• 6+ years of diagnostic experience

• Smog license preferred 

• Interest in growing into a leadership role

• Willingness to mentor and support team development

• Strong computer skills

• Team-oriented and professional attitude

• Valid and clean driver’s license

• Willing to train, learn, and grow within the position
