Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + % of Net Profit Share (Earn over $100k Annually with salary and commissions)

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Shop Manager for a growing, high-volume tire and automotive repair shop in Lyndora, PA. This is a unique opportunity to lead a brand-new location, backed by an established, third-generation operation with a strong reputation in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the shop, including service advisors and technicians
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall shop performance
• Ensure excellent customer experience from check-in through delivery
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and dispatch to maximize efficiency
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, gross profit, and productivity
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and accountability
• Maintain strong communication between front-of-house and technicians
• Ensure shop processes, cleanliness, and professionalism meet high standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an automotive leadership role (Shop Manager, Service Manager
• Strong understanding of tires, parts, and mechanical services (brakes, alignment, inspections)
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage shop profitability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently without constant oversight
• Comfortable receiving feedback and implementing process improvements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000 annually (flexible based on experience)
• Performance pay: % of net profit (GP)
