We are a family-owned, independent automotive repair shop in Plano looking for an experienced Service Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. Our shop stays consistently busy and offers a fun, team-oriented work environment.

Pay

• $1,000 – $1,200 weekly base

• 2.5% GP commission

• $97,000 – $140,000+ yearly earning potential

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service

• Write estimates and sell recommended services

• Order parts and manage repair workflow

• Coordinate with technicians

• Handle warranty work, cores, and defects

• Maintain service quality and shop efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years independent automotive experience required

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Able to manage workflow in a fast-paced shop

• Professional, organized, and a strong communicator
