Toledo Tire & Auto Care is looking for a Team Leader to lead one of our high-performing service locations. This is not just a “location manager” role — we’re looking for someone who can lead people, drive performance, and build a championship team.
Our company has been serving Toledo since 1917 and has grown to three locations through a relentless focus on integrity, quality, and customer experience.

Compensation:$60,000 - $110,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the performance and leadership of the entire shop.
- Lead and develop technicians, service advisors, and customer service staff
- Drive store performance, including sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure consistent execution of our inspection and service processes
- Coach team members to improve technical skills and communication with customers
- Maintain a culture of integrity, accountability, and teamwork
- Review KPIs and take action to improve performance
- Ensure vehicles are serviced correctly and delivered on time
- Support hiring, training, and team development
Qualifications:
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- 5+ years of automotive industry experience
- Previous leadership or management experience in an automotive shop
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to integrity and doing the right thing for customers
- ASE certifications and leadership experience are strongly preferred
