Automotive Service Manager

As an Automotive Service Manager , you'll oversee the service department, leading a team of technicians, ensuring efficient operations, and driving customer satisfaction through quality repairs and service, while also managing budgets, inventory, and staff performance.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the auto repair shop, including scheduling, budgeting, and employee management
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction by monitoring work performance and providing feedback to team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
• Implement and maintain safe and efficient working procedures and practices
• Track and manage inventory levels and ensure the timely ordering of supplies and parts
• Analyze financial data and make informed decisions to improve profitability and growth
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards and requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in auto repair or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Certification from recognized automotive institutions
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions
• A deep understanding of the automotive industry and current repair techniques
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
