Full-time position

Ford of Boerne is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department—ensuring a seamless, professional, and high-quality service experience from start to finish.

Experience in automotive service advising is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally on the service drive
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
• Write repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns to technicians
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and associated costs
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status and timelines
• Upsell recommended maintenance and services based on vehicle needs
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure timely repairs
• Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Proficiency with computers and dealership software (Xtime, DriveCentric, or similar is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
