Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Plan: $18–$26/hour based on weekly sales performance

2-3+ Years of Professional Shop Experience Required

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a growing, high-volume tire and automotive shop in Evans City, PA. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role offering a unique, easy-to-understand performance-based pay plan, strong benefits, and the opportunity to help build a brand-new location from the ground up.

Compensation Structure (Simple & Transparent)

This shop offers a tiered hourly pay plan based on weekly sales performance—no complicated percentages $18.00 - $26.00 per hour based on sales sold

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, high-quality service experience
• Recommend tires, maintenance, and repair services based on customer needs
• Build accurate estimates for tire services, brakes, alignments, and mechanical work
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process
• Upsell services that improve vehicle safety and performance
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service records
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-focused front counter

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of tires, parts, and general automotive services
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage the full customer experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
