Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $40,000 – $120,000+ (Weekly Base + Commission + Bonuses)

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a high-performing, European-focused repair shop in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity with strong earning potential, a consistent workflow, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience from check-in to delivery
• Accurately document vehicle concerns and create detailed repair orders
• Build estimates for maintenance and repair services using labor guides and shop systems
• Communicate recommended services clearly and confidently to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs
• Monitor job progress and provide proactive updates to customers
• Upsell maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer recommendations
• Maintain organized records using digital vehicle inspection (DVI) and shop management systems (Tekmetric)

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or service writer
• Independent shop experience preferred (European experience is a plus)
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Familiarity with digital shop systems and estimating software (Tekmetric experience a plus)
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly base pay: $800 + performance-based commission
• Commission: Earn $40,000 - $80,000 in commissions annually
• Weekly team performance bonuses
• OTE: $80K–$120K+ annually
