YOUR TYPICAL DAY

As an Automotive Service Advisor - Assistant Writer, you start your morning by answering calls, greeting customers, and scheduling appointments-all while making sure they feel welcome and taken care of. Throughout the day, you assist with customer needs, provide shuttle rides, and keep the shop running smoothly by handling last-minute parts runs and office tasks. Every day is fast-paced, rewarding, and an opportunity to be part of a team that operates with integrity and a commitment to excellence.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE

• A energetic, self-driven, motivated mindset with a team-first attitude
• Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Proof of state-required insurance on a personal vehicle
• A heart for serving customers and a willingness to learn
• Automotive experience preferred

WORK SCHEDULE

The schedule for this full-time position is Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM, 55 hour weeks, with weekends off.
