Job Description
Willowbrook Ford/Kia is currently seeking to hire several Automotive Sales Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. Early management intervention is required. As a sales manager you are responsible for presenting and negotiating all aspects of the new or used car deal.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Meet and introduce yourself to every potential customer
- Discuss pricing and present and finance options
- Clearly explain pricing structure and all fees and charges
- Find a win-win solution that meets the customers budget
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to appraise cars is preferred but not required
- Must be able to lead and train a sales team
