Willowbrook Ford/Kia is currently seeking to hire several Automotive Sales Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. Early management intervention is required. As a sales manager you are responsible for presenting and negotiating all aspects of the new or used car deal.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Meet and introduce yourself to every potential customer
  • Discuss pricing and present and finance options
  • Clearly explain pricing structure and all fees and charges
  • Find a win-win solution that meets the customers budget

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to appraise cars is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to lead and train a sales team
