Automotive Parts Counter Associate

Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is hiring a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team in Jarrettsville, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians and customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts.
• Accurately process parts orders, pricing, billing, and fulfillment.
• Track incoming and outgoing parts inventory and source parts when out of stock.
• Ensure proper billing through the service department and collision repair shop.
• Package and ship parts to manufacturers as needed, completing required documentation.
• Use electronic and hard-copy parts manuals to identify correct parts by vehicle.
• Meet monthly sales and gross profit goals and help grow parts sales.
• Work closely with and report to the Parts Manager on inventory and performance.

Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of experience in an auto parts sales role
• Must have computer proficiency
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
