General Sales Manager
Automotive Dealership – Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive performance in both new and used vehicle departments. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment. We are a high-volume brand that everyone loves!
Compensation
$180,000 – $300,000 annually
Compensation is performance-based.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop New and Used Sales teams
- Drive unit growth and maintain high CSI performance
- Monitor KPIs and hold team accountable to dealership goals
- Structure and desk deals effectively
- Collaborate with Finance and Service departments to maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales professionals
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager in automotive retail
- Demonstrated success increasing unit volume and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, desking, and reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
